Refund policy

We allow up to 14 business days for a return on items. Items must be returned unused with no damage to be accepted for a refund. Refunds will be issued once we receive the item and can take up to 2-3 business days to return to your account. Email lulu@luluandcodesigns.com to start a return.

Returns do not apply to any custom made items.
